Our Cash Flow Process
After your first meeting with The Fractional Company, we will focus on getting you closer to your financial goals--which most business owners believe is increasing their cash flow and seeing their businesses thrive. Below is a quick breakdown of our system and how we will work alongside you as you build a financially healthy and growing business.
You are the leader of your business, so who better to determine where you take it? In the first phase of our process, we will review your historical financial statements and determine where you want to be one year, three years and five years from now.
Once you set your targets for the future, we will review your previous financial statements in order to better understand any seasonality or variability in your business.
Once we have had time to review your historical data and ensure that your information is as up-to-date as possible, we will create a financial forecast for up to twelve months. This insight will allow us to see if you are on track currently to achieve the targets we set at the beginning of the process.
Once your financial forecast is created, The Fractional Company will analyze key cash flow drivers to determine whether you are on or off track to achieve your goals. For those drivers that are significantly underperforming, we will set a score that allows us to focus on those key indicators in the month ahead.
After we determine which cash flow drivers have scored the lowest during our analysis, we will outline key objectives and actionable next steps that you and your team can take in the next 30 days to improve your cash flow. These next steps will be reviewed during each monthly meeting.
